The Destruction of America

There was a time in this Country that hard work, moral character and family values were common place. People worked hard for what they got and handouts were only for those who were in dire need. Children respected their elders and if your child got in trouble at school, then they were in more trouble when they got home. You worried that your child might get in a fist fight at school, not if they would get shot. Where did we go wrong?

While this is only my opinion, I can and will speak my mind. Liberals and their agenda have destroyed this Country and our lives! When I was younger, I really didn't understand politicians and their agenda's, I had no idea what they could do to my life or my Country. I was too stupid to take the time to understand how decisions then could affect my life today.

We are losing are freedoms, one by one. Our way of life is being destroyed and our Country is no longer seen as a beacon of hope. Politicians and Big Business have sold America and it's citizens down the river, all in the name of greed and power. They have used our fears and our personal failings against us. They have taken over our lives and hurts all of us.

Welfare, has become a noose around our necks and is destroying lives, not building lives. Entire generations are drowning in it's mire and there is no way out for them. Why work or reach for anything when the government is giving handouts. How many writers, scientists, world leaders, doctors, lawyers, so on and so on have not seen the light of day, because welfare and liberal ideas have destroyed their potential?

Liberals and Democrats talk about the, "Redistribution of Wealth". It is just another way of keeping people under their thumbs and creating chaos. If they keep us at each others throats then they keep can control us. People in Washington talk about problems with Social Security and Medicare and how they need to trim the fat from these programs, but they never talk about Welfare and trimming those rolls.

Congress was discussing a 5% decrease in their salaries. How about this, STOP receiving a salary, or health benefits or the other perks. How about stopping lobbying and all of the back room deals. How about millionaires and others giving up their Social Security Checks? How about Stopping the million dollar bonus given to CEO's and all the other crap that goes on? How about making Big Business or at least encouraging Big Business to return to our shores instead of making excuse?

It's time for all of us to take a stand. It's time for us to voice our thoughts and opinions. It's time to stand together as Americans. It's time to be proud of having morals and values. It's time to bring prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance back into our schools. It's time to make prisons a scary place and not "rehabilitation place".

I really don't care if you believe in God or not, that's between you and Our Maker. But, if I can respect your beliefs then you should respect mine. If you don't want to pray, that's find but don't tell me that I can't.

More Than An Angry Day, Just Plain Mad

We all have days where anger gets the best of us, where everyone and everything bothers us. Today is more than that, it's a day where angry and turned to being madness. It's a day where hurting some one's feelings, could happen with out a single thought.

Watching the news just escalates the anger. Why does President Obama and Congressional Leaders think that the American People are stupid. Why do they think that they can do and say anything and we'll just sit down and take it. Don't they realize that living in the real world like we do, that we have friends and family without jobs, whose unemployment has run out. Don't they realize that we have children who can't find work, who want to go to school but they can't get financial aid. Don't they realize that we see how those who get Food Stamps eat better then most of the working class. Don't they realize that we see how the Credit Card Companies have stolen from us, the American Taxpayer? Don't they know that we have family member who can't afford to see a doctor, a dentist or have their eyes checked?

Why have our leader allowed prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance to be removed from our schools? Why does being politically correct mean more than being honest? Why have we allowed schools to become war zones? Why do our leaders play games with the American Public? Where have the leaders gone?

Americans are tired of the lies, from President Obama, from Congress, from the media, from the unions and from religious leaders. We want and need the truth from all fronts and much to the dismay of our so called leaders, we can and will handle the truth.

So yes it's an angry day, but it's more than that, it's a just plain mad day, from an run of the mill American.
